I warm up different than most people, mostly because I come from the performance world
How do I know my warm ups are different?
When I go to the gym I don’t see anyone else doing what I’m doing.
When i’m in the clinic, no other PTs are doing what i’m doing
When I explain the specific warm up process to students/new grads, they tell me it’s a concept they’ve never heard before
The specific concept is call the RAMP Warm Up
