First, I did a podcast with Aleks Salkin on “The Hammer Cast”
We discussed
how to pick a physical therapist
my views on how injuries happen
my views on recovery - not just from injuries, but the “global” concept of recovery

Changes to membership Bennies
We are a couple months into this Substack experiment and decided to make a few changes to our paid subscriber benefits.
A big change that’s going to take place you will see by the end of the week is we are going to stop selling rehab programs.
So, paid subscribers will no longer be able to grab those for 30% off.
What they get instead?
Paid subscribers will just get them for 100% off.
Ultimately, the programs will be in the Substack anyway, but this will make it easier for subscribers to have the entire program in a centralized spot, versus having to use multiple posts to piece a program together.
You’ll see a paywalled post that will include links to these protocols
The knee
The shoulder
The low back and hip
The neck
The elbow
The Ankle
The mobility program is already free when you subscribe.
I may be missing one but to be honest if you have some issues, these programs will get you 80% there.
That last 20% would likely require our expert guidance since we understand the nuance of the human body.
Our help is always available, so take advantage of that.
There are drawbacks to this strategy
It’s the internet and people are cheap, so I suspect some people will subscribe for 1 month, download all the programs, then unsubscribe for the deal of a lifetime.
Substack does not allow me to mitigate that, so if you are thinking of doing this, at LEAST subscribe for 1 year, or better yet, the Founders plan.
You will sleep better at night, I promise (medical advice)
Otherwise, please fully unsubscribe since I don’t even want you here because
you are a cheapskate
I sell stuff
I’ll probably at least go through and block those people, or…
