Even though I have a pretty substantial home gym set up, I still go to my HOA gym. I work from home, so it gets me out of my house.
I went to my HOA gym on 12/31 around 11 am to do my standard
squat
bench
power cleans
And the gym was PACKED.
There’s only one rack, so I had to wait 20 minutes for a guy to finish his bench press workout so I could squat. Luckily I was able to just do my warm up
Especially with the New Year’s Crowd, this is a great time to just work out at home.
Luckily if you want to work from home I have a simple program for you.
You can start it with zero equipment. Unless you consider a bed sheet equipment.
At most you can get
a suspension trainer on Amazon - a TRX or one of the cheaper version
adjustable dumbbells
You will need some floor space. Maybe a hallway.
And the schedule is laid out with videos of each movement so you aren’t sitting there thinking
hmmmm what should I do today?
Which usually leads to you doing nothing.
