Upgrade Now

I’ve been rehabbing shoulders for a long time.

There’s been a lot of “trends” over the years. The more I’ve seen, the more I’ve realized one thing:

Stick to the basics.

A few weeks out from a shoulder surgery?

Tweaked your shoulder and need to get it back to normal?

This program is for you.

Been hurt before and don’t want to get hurt again?

This program is for you

NEVER been hurt and want to keep it that way?

This program is NOT for you.

JK! It IS for you.

This video outlines Intelligent Pendulums. This is an exercise series I learned at the first shoulder course I ever went to.

I’ve learned more stuff since, but these are the FUNDAMENTALS that never go out of style.

The focus here is simple - high intensity exercises targeted at the scapular rotators.

i.e., all the muscles that attach to the shoulder blade.

The video below demonstrates all of the exercises, and the PDF sets out sets and reps. You should follow this progression for at least 6 weeks. Eight if you’re serious.

Twelve if you really want to make a difference

Upgrade and get started today. Your shoulder isn’t going to fix itself.
